I filed a claim with my insurance company for storm damage that was done to my roof back in March. At that time we contacted Frontline Roofing to get an idea of what we were looking at in the way of damage. The insurance company did not want to cover a full roof replacement stating that there was a shingle match available to replace the missing and damaged shingles. the company no longer made the matching shingle so frontline spoke with ********* who agreed to a full replacement. We signed a contract with Frontline in the amount of *********. That contract covered all materials, building permit, removal and disposal. The only upcharge noted would be for plywood at $90/sheet if necessary. If any other materials were needed it was to be approved my myself in writing before the work was completed. The contract stated they wanted 50% $5432.65 down and then the balance of $5432.65 when completed. When the project was completed I asked for a copy of all signed paperwork and an itemized invoice for the project because he told my insurance co that the total came to $15,541.00. There was no mention of paying any amount outside the 10,865.30 before the project was completed. when i read the itemized bill it included gas for his trucks and his vehicle and for drone usage and copper flashing which was never used but the line that said plywood said $0. Based on the itemized bill and the fact that I did not sign for anything above and beyond my contracted amount i paid them the contracted amount of 10,865.30. They continued to call my insurance co and myself constantly harassing me for more money. they sent my insurance co a supplemental bill for ice and water, shingles, drip edge, the building permit and plywood @ $100/sheet. All of which were included in his contract aside from the plywood. The itemized invoice said $0 for plywood. The harassment needs to stop. My checks have been cashed I owe them nothing more than the contracted amount.

The contract  was correct the total was $10,865.30-The contract on line #2 states Install 1/2" plywood at $90.00 per sheet (Extra Cost if Needed) we did use 5 sheets on your roof due to rotten plywood. Manufacture specs state you must have a nail able surface to properly install shingles on a roof, It's also ** building code. The contract reads under the total cost (price includes Labor, Material (not materials), permit, dumpster and cleanup. I was looking at the itemized bill it includes gas as a line item all companies include that its fuel from our supplier. a Drone usage I didn't see that anywhere on the itemized invoice? Not sure where that came from.

The only amount that is Owed to Frontline Roofing and Siding is for the plywood 5 -1/2" sheets @$90.00 per sheet for a total of $450.00. If you would like to mail a check to us that would be great.
