      I bought a transmission from them in March and they sent me the wrong one I tried to get in touch with them for a return receipt to ship it back and no one is getting back to me the transmission is sitting in ******* ********* waiting to get returned No communication at all with owner .I need my money Back

      The shipping company does not deal with **** they need to contact unishippers for the return thank you

      Returned parts and they won't refund my 739.67, been 3 weeks and they are lying to me on the phone...12/2023 I bought parts from them and returned them but halted repayment on a promise to get the right parts, I waited for 3 weeks and decided not to wait, and called and spoke with Jennifer who told me 2 times my refund is on its way, it has not come, and I call her back and she states it's an account error, still, no refund......

      On 8/30 I purchased a used engine with a 6 month part + labor warranty. On 12/7 I contacted them stating the motor was blown and has zero compression to all cylinders. They were only willing to issue a replacement motor and not a refund. I am not interested in a motor from the same company that sold me a bad product the first time, and now I have to pay the mechanic to un install the bad product and re install a motor from a company that i can trust to provide a working product.

      I order a specific part they give me the wrong one I return the part they charge me for returning it I check website reviews multiple other people account for the same thing this is a easy way to scam ppl out of money keep giving wrong part charge them for it then resell correct pet for more

      Good afternoon,

      I just tried to reach Devin by phone and left a voicemail so I can better understand what exactly transpired. I see a quarter glass for a *** was ordered and removed, picked up, then returned the next day. A restocking charge was applied to the order as they are considered to be a special order type of part, only removed upon request for sale.
