  I had a home addition project with Fine Home Contracting, and I'm so happy with how it turned out! Their design-build process was a breeze, and the final result is amazing. The addition looks like it's always been a part of my home. The team was great to work with - professional, creative, and they really listened to what I wanted. I'd definitely recommend the entire team to anyone thinking about adding on to their house or renovating. They're the best!

  I recently had my kitchen and first floor renovated by Fine Home Contracting, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team was professional, skilled, and attentive to every detail. They transformed my outdated kitchen into a modern, functional, and beautiful space that I absolutely love. The entire first floor renovation exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Fine Home Contracting for any home improvement project.

  I can't say enough about the team at Fine Home Contracting! I am thrilled with my addition. They made it easy and walked me through each step of the process. I can't wait to get my bathrooms done next year.

  I had problems with them from day one. Every time they did something on my house I would question the quality of the work. They keep saying we're are doing the best we can with what we have to work with. They had to redo things multiple times. They said they did what was in the contract. Yeah they did it but the quality of the work looked like a chop job. Now I have to get someone to fix their poor quality of work. At the beginning of my project they told me about a client that complained about everything, and now I know why. All I can say is their quality of work is way below amateur. They never cleaned up after themselves. They always insulted my intelligence. They also lied to my face. They did something that they said the town inspector said was code. I knew there was something wrong so I contacted the town inspector and he said that was not code. This is why they are not BBB accredited.

  I had a major project where an entire room of my house had to be demolished and reconstructed - wall, ceiling and roof taken out exposed to the outside. I had a picture of what I wanted. This company not only accomplished the job quickly and effectively, they brought my vision to fruition and the results are stunning.. a WOW room for everyone who sees it! Brian, the master builder on my project was exactly that, a Master Builder with attention to details so that every part was built in balance - huge windows framed and balanced with the three- 6 foot skylights. The new construction is solid replacing old rotting wood. Sheet rock enhancing the design allowing all the southern sun to flood into the room. Kevin, the assistant builder brought expertise and a sense of calm to the project and ensured that all went well. The new outside blends with the original wood stained house. They also cleaned up every day as this took a few months. It was a pleasure to work with this company. They were fair, kept me informed, and got the job done. I am so happy with my new area!! This is a first class organization!!

  We hired Fine Home Contracting for a major kitchen remodeling project. The results were better than we had envisioned. This company was EXCELLENT to work with from start to finish.
  Stephanie, one of their designers, listened well and really captured exactly the look we were going for and also guided us along the way to make good choices. Aric, the project manager we worked with kept the job on track and went out of his way to accommodate changes we made along the way.
  Kris, the main carpenter on our project, was a perfectionist, but quick. His attention to detail really paid off for us. A couple of the panels for the sides of the cabinet were a slightly shade (not their fault). By the time I noticed this, Kris had already informed Aric and they had ordered replacements. It is nice when there are issues like this which come up during construction and as the home owner you can be confident that they are on it.
  Overall, I highly recommend Fine Home Contracting. They made this project smooth and the results were amazing. I will be using them again for a bathroom remodel I am planning for next year. They are top-notch!
