    My husband bought a refurbished laptop from PC Savior on 10-14-2021 for $414.79. Around December 22, 2023 the hard drive crashed and he called them. Mike picked it up, put in new hard drive and transferred his data and brought it back to us on 12-28-2023, it cost us another $265.87. Then a month later the computer started beeping every time you tried to start it and it had trouble booting up, but eventually would. We called Mike, he came back over and picked it up. He called and told us it was the mother board and would cost even more to replace it. I called him back and explained that $680.66 was a lot of money to spend on a laptop in just over 2 years and I questioned how well he refurbished it to begin with, and I felt he took advantage of us. He said he would look at the motherboard at no charge, maybe it was just a geode that was needed. I told him I did not want to spend another penny on that laptop. It has been almost 4 weeks since that date and after numerous calls, we have had no response back from him as to whether it is being or has been looked at. Please help us to get resolution to this issue.

    Last summer I took my laptop to this business for an issue with my hard drive, which they resolved satisfactorily. They also said I needed a new battery, which they said they would need to order and that I would need to pay for in advance. I paid for the battery and have tried contacting them several times, both by phone and text, to see if it had come in and when I could arrange to have it installed, but have gotten no reply.

    I drove by the location of the business earlier today and noticed that the door was open, so stopped in.  All furniture and fixtures had been removed and workers were removing drywall.  I asked for the owner, but none of them knew who he was or where he was.  Therefore, I would like to update my request to ask for a refund.
