    I signed up for a New Members Welcome Box for $15 after I was charged the Welcome Fee of $15, they began authorization a charge of $43.00 from my Personal account and Credit Account that was on file with Shop Pay. No one from this company have returned my phone calls and when I received a response, it was mentioned that I was charged because I canceled the subscription. Which is impossible because there is no way to cancel on their website when you are a new member because it is a 3 month commitment. I haven't received my item yet either, and the website is difficult to navigate because there is no way to check your account status. This incident happened on November 7th 2024. I would love to still use your subscription service after this is settled. You guys have to make it it more customer and user friendly based.
