    Rose Paving & Sealing performed a subpar driveway paving job at my residence. Originally the brother Nick stopped by my home to ask if I would like my driveway paved and gave me an estimate $3000 cheaper than when his brother Frank charged me $8000 at the end of the service. I told him I was given a lower estimate and the two brothers spoke and then told me that was not true and that I needed to pay $8000. When they showed up to perform the service, they did not have enough asphalt to finish the end of my driveway so they spray painted it with black paint as a temporary fix assuring me that they would be back soon to finish paving it. I followed their instructions not to drive on my new driveway for 4 days and even waited 7 days. Almost immediately I started noticing the driveway asphalt lifting up in spots and small asphalt pebbles/crumbs coming loose around the driveway. I reached out to Frank several times without any response until finally he came by to check the driveway on a Thursday. He told me that he would be back the following Monday to finish paving the end and would roll over the entire driveway again. He never showed up. The driveway continues to fall apart and I continue to contact Frank. Recently he told me that he would come over and reseal the entire driveway but again, never showed up. My driveway looks terrible and its embarrassing. I have a small business on my property and my customer parking area does not look professional. I paid a lot of money, even $3000 over the original estimate and want this company to honor their word and fix my driveway correctly or refund my money in full so I can hire another company to come in and do the job correctly. Thank you very much for your time.
