    I was a long-time customer of Reynolds and Rowella for my personal tax preparation as I preferred to have a separate set of eyes reviewing my and signing off my forms out of conservatism given my role as a risk manager in the financial industry. My experience is that the service became worse over time as I was passed from one accountant to another and especially during and after the covid pandemic. This coincided with their change in aspirations from being a local accounting firm to focusing on larger corporate accounts. In the last couple of years, there was no longer any continuity in service, coverage was by inexperienced junior staff, I barely had any interaction with them, and I discovered errors in the calculations. In my opinion, I was no longer considered a worthwhile client and was marginalized so we parted ways. I now use ******** which I find much easier, faster, and more accurate at a fraction of the cost. I would not recommend their services for individual services or advice.
