Horrible experience. Unfortunately I hired Neil for a new roof and gutter job. In my opinion, I found Neil to be slow, unresponsive, dishonest, lacking in attention to detail, and overall unprofessional, amongst many other poor qualities.
Some of what I experienced with Neil included:
    (1) Neil used inferior quality materials to those required in the contract, without my consent.
    (2) Neil stopped work halfway through the job and then attempted to re-cut the payment terms in his favor before beginning work again, contrary to what was clearly stated in the contract.
    (3) I discovered a significant amount of sharp metal scrap, nails, and screws on my front lawn, approximately 150 feet from the job site (my assumption is this was intentional, given the distance from the job site and the fact that there was a dumpsters close by on site specifically for scrap).
    (4) Neil attempted to overbill me when the job was completed, and then refused to send a proper itemized bill reflecting the correct balance due.
    (5) Following payment in full, Neil made false claim that I did not pay the bill.
To make matters worse, I have recently found an issue with the gutter drainage and require the sub-contractor to help investigate the matter. Neil is aware of the issue and refuses to share the name of the sub-contractor which is both unreasonable and unprofessional.
I would not recommend hiring Neil Casey for any job, large or small.

    In response,
This homeowner, ***** *** has written a fake review, folks. I had finished this job. This job was certified by the local building inspector as completed and in compliance with all codes. He texted me that his gutter had overflowed after two days of heavy rain. I called him and he would not answer my call. He wanted to hire my people directly in a text. I said no to him. He said he would escalate { Blackmailed me} if I did not do so. Then he posted this fake review two years after the job was completed. I am proud of my A+ rating with the BBB. I follow all their guidelines. I never lied to this man. I meet so many good people. This is not the guy.
