We hired Tom to help us with PR for our children’s books. He promised us that he had all these contacts and that he could guarantee us with TV spots, magazine articles and celebrity connections. Tom asked for $2500 us. After 3 months Tom did absolutely nothing, and kept providing numerous of excuses for why he could not follow through. When we finally reached out to Tom and said that we wanted to terminate our contract and we wanted a refund he hung up on me and will not return our calls. Tom is a scam and cannot provide any services he claims. He also tries to sell his services through an online training. DO NOT use him! .
