Provider never showed up in the virtual cue. I waited on camera on my laptop and cellphone and then called the office and they lied and said I never showed and charged me $100. No show fee.

Then they text messaged me at 11pm multiple times accusing me of missing my appointment to the point of harassment.

According to our records, the patient did not show for their scheduled appointment.  This is clearly stated in the intake paperwork that the patient signs.  Additionally, the provider did submit a No show attestation form, indicating that this patient, in fact did not show up for their appointment.  Please see attachment for confirmation.  None-the-less, and despite the evidence to the contrary, we have reversed the no show fee.

This business knowingly offers appointment times that are not available on a platform that they know is notcompatible with their back end

Had three consecutive appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice because doctors were not actually there

    Business Response

Due to high demand and limited availability we prioritize scheduling patients who have completed the paperwork required by state, HIPAA and insurance law.  Booking an appointment via one of our marketing vendors with a given provider on a given date and time, only becomes guaranteed once all required paperwork is returned.  Patients who complete their paperwork promptly have a significantly higher chance of having all their booking preferences accommodated.  We have many prospective patients who book appointments, but then never complete their forms.  We strive to increase the accessibility to mental health care and strongly believe our current practices achieve this end.  For patients who book an appointment and complete the required forms after another patient, our practice works with that patient to fulfill as many of the original booking preferences as possible.  This looks different for each patient as each patient has their own unique set of preferences, but most patients prioritize time and schedule and our admin staff works diligently with the patient to get them scheduled as close to their desired time as possible.  This information is disclosed on our website and may be viewed here: ************************

Their response has nothing to do with my complaint they are falsely advertising appointment sites on a site that they know is incompatible with their back ends. They had to cancel three consecutive appointments that's statistical significance it's very clear that they are just making things up to make their metrics look better

    Business Response

    Date: 09/17/2024

Hi **** - This is not the motive, as doing so
would reflect poorly in terms of any supposed metric.  Although
the advertising site is free on the patient end, the provider end pays a
fee that is per booking regardless of whether the booking materializes into a
patient of the organization or not.  Thus, this theory would be contrary
to sound economics and would reflect poorly in terms of any supposed
metric.  We affirm this is not the case and our original answer stands as
our final answer.  We apologize for the inconvenience this may have
caused you and in an effort to make that right by you, we would like to offer
you a free intake appointment with any provider of your choosing.  Please
call the front office and ask for Tim to coordinate.

Booked a 30 minute session for mental health counseling for my child. Provided mu insurance information. They stated that their verification system was down at moment. Insurance was never billed, instead payment was billed to the credit card provided for copay only. They charged $380.80 to my credit card, which was not authorized. Read reviews for this company and saw that this is a common practice. Bait and Switch. They are scammers.
