5 starsHaving encountered disappointments with contractors previously, selecting Mighty Dog Roofing, a Better Business Bureau (BBB) verified and certified contractor, for our recent roofing project was a wise decision. Their substantial resources and advanced technologies set them apart from smaller contractors, ensuring the employment of skilled and experienced roof installers. This enabled the completion of our extensive roof replacement in just two days, preempting adverse weather conditions.
Throughout the project, communication, led by Project Manager Damien Sheerin, was consistently professional, keeping us informed at every stage. Damien and on-site manager Roberto demonstrated initiative in addressing unforeseen challenges, such as a chimney issue, coordinating prompt professional assessments and contributing to its reconstruction.
After completion, Mighty Dog Roofing's commitment to thoroughness was evident in their comprehensive cleanup. Damien's follow-up inspection highlighted the company's attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction.
Furthermore, their competitive and reasonable quotation, while not the lowest, falls within an acceptable range. 5 starsI contacted Might Dog after speaking with a few roofing companies. I spoke with Tom and his professionalism and attention to detail really made me comfortable with the decision. On the day of the work his crew showed up early and ready to go - they were able to replace the roof faster than estimated.

5 starsMy house has a very unique flat rubber roof with multiple sky lights, levels and windows. Mighty Dog roofing did an excellent job coming up with a plan to get every thing replaced and water tight. They handled custom carpentry to repair wood damage, skylight curbs and custom "portal" window installation. It was a big job to say the least and required multiple crews of different specialties to get finished. Mighty Dog always had a solution and the job was successfully completed. I would highly recommend them to any friend or neighbor for quality roof work. I wonder if they can install new mailboxes?Review fromSuresh S

5 starsI needed my roof to be replaced as it was 46 years old. I researched and went through 11 different companies in this area. I looked at every single detail to make sure I’m getting the right product at the right price. Plus I needed a few other items covered to make my decision
1. make sure they get a permit before they start the work
2. They have insurance on their employees if something happens to them on my property
3. They are licensed to work in the state of Connecticut
4. They are approved to work with the shingles company which makes them
5. They give me the proper Warranties in writing what they cover
6. Make sure that the company will be around 50 years from now, as most private companies may not be around, and Mighty Dog Roofing is a franchise all over the country, so, even if this one may go out of business, there are other branches in the country which will cover this warranty
7. That they are approved by BBB and Angie
8. Make sure this warranty is transferable to the new owner when I sell this property
All these points were only covered by Mighty Dog Roofing here in ********** Connecticut,
The salesman I was dealing with was Blake W*******. I put him through the wringer and questioned and gave him such a hard time and he put up with me and answered all my questions. If it was another salesman, they would have given up dealing with me and left before they even got the contract. As I am an engineer for the last 41 years and I know if something is even a little wrong that could kill somebody and that’s why I want to make sure everything is 100% and Mighty Dog Roofing supplied all those issues I needed. I recommend Mighty Dog Roofing and Blake W******* to anybody who needs to have their roof done and I am going to recommend them to all my family and friends.

The MDR guys installed new cedar shingles on my home in *** ******* It was a large project (7,000 sq ft house) and the team walked us through the whole process. The finished roof looks amazing, way better than before. Neighbors have been complimenting us regularly. These guys are the best, big shout out to Blake, great job!

The people at this company are friendly and knowledgeable, and they are trustworthy. It was a pleasure working with Blake and he spent the time explaining the entire process to me in great detail.
