I went to this business on December 9, 2023 around 3PM to get a color change on my hair and a haircut since they were having a deal on *******, and they had good reviews. When I got there Sarah was the one that did my hair but told me that I needed to cancel the ******* and that they will give me the same services for the same price, but they will also charge me a little more for Botox and another color and I said okay. The deal included full highlights, haircut, blow-dry. I asked if my hair could handle it and she said yes and started the process. I felt my hair getting hot and I told her, and she said it was fine and after she put me in the blower as well. At the end they did Botox on my hair, and she sent two of her ladies to blow-dry my hair. My hair was really hard and looked burnt. I did not get the haircut either. I left the salon and when I got home and wanted to brush my hair my hair kept falling and felt like gum. On December 11, 2023, I went to a different salon because I washed my hair and my hair felt like gum and started to fall. I went to another salon, and she told me she had to cut my hair, and put some color to help hide the different hair colors I had, and that I will need a lot of treatments because they burnt my hair. She charged me 150$. I have spent over 100$ on treatments to do at home. I called the salon that Monday and they said someone would call me but nothing. I tried to do a dispute with the bank, but they could not since I authorized the purchase. I called the salon again and they told me the manager would call but nothing. Only the hairstylist called to tell me she cannot give me a refund and that I never said anything about my hair burning but she will have the manager call me but nothing.
