      On March 1, 2025, I visited Vernon Can Redemption Center at ** ********** **** **** to return bottles and cans for a refund. After using their machines, I received significantly less money than I should have based on the number of containers I brought in. Their machines appear to be uncalibrated and undercounting returns, causing me to lose a substantial amount of money.

      I expected to be refunded the full deposit value for my returned containers, but the business failed to provide this. I did not bring up my concerns at the time, but I believe this issue needs to be addressed. Their machines should be inspected and properly calibrated to ensure accuracy for all customers.

      I am requesting a resolution, whether that includes a proper refund for what I was shorted or an inspection by the appropriate authorities to ensure fairness moving forward.
