    The dates I interacted with this salon are as follows,Initial consult 5/9/23 we discussed my desired hair color/style; Hair appointment 1st Attempt 5/30/23 I didn't receive the color correction and highlights we discussed at the 1st consult. 2nd Attempt 6/8/23 Flash Foil to attempt to correct color specialists mistake of color/highlights. Results still weren't correct. 3rd Attempt 6/13/23 specialist still couldn't get the color correct. The owner and manager were aware of my dissatisfaction - offered no resolution. The results didn't meet my expectations, or the initial agreement made on 5/9/23. I paid $240.00 which covered initial hair appointment of highlighting and coloring. During my initial consultation, the salon committed to providing me with a color correction service that would accurately match my natural base color, which is a dark brown shade. In addition they agreed to provide me with blonde highlights that would complement my base color. The main objective of the color correction was to correct the discrepancies between my desired hair color and the initial outcome of the hair appointment. The business explicitly assured me that the color correction process would involve applying a dark brown color to match my natural base color including blonde highlights to achieve the desired overall look I wanted. This commitment was central to my decision to choose the salon for my hair care needs. Regrettably, the actual services provided fell short of the commitment. Instead of receiving the promised color correction, I was given a caramel base color, which was vastly different from my natural hair color, and the highlights were barely noticeable. Despite multiple attempts, including a flash foil appointment, the salon was unable to fulfill the initial commitment of providing me with the correct color and highlights. I want a full refund as my hair has been damaged and the verbal agreement was not met. The service that was supposed to be provided to me wasn’t.
