    This complaint is to express my disappointment and frustration with a recent experience at the Edible Arrangements store located in ******* *********** on 2/14. My fiancé placed an order for delivery to my workplace, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I would not present to receive the delivery. Before delivery,the customer service rep called me to confirm the delivery, I informed her that I wouldn't be at work and was told that I should pick up the order instead. Upon arrival, I waited for approximately 20 minutes for the order to be ready. I then requested a refund for the delivery fee, back to the original for of payment as the service was not rendered.
    Unfortunately, the customer service representative refused to refund the delivery fee, citing that my fiancé had used a discount code and "saved $10.87 anyway." This reasoning was unrelated to the issue at hand. I was offered a credit, I declined the offered $9.99 credit, as I don't frequently use Edible Arrangements.
    I then asked to speak with the manager, and to my surprise she identified herself as the "acting manager." During my conversation with her, she appeared overwhelmed and frustrated with the volume of customer calls. Declining new orders that were trying to be placed. Despite my valid request, Rotanya became increasingly unprofessional, eventually calling 911 and falsely reporting that I was being irate. She cursed at me, began recording our conversation via her personal cell phone, and displayed unacceptable behavior.
    The ******* police department arrived to deescalate the situation, which Rotanya had failed to manage. My original request was simple: a refund for the delivery fee, as the service was not provided.
    I urge you to address this issue and provide a full refund for the order. I was embarrassed, disappointed, and treated in an entirely unnecessary manner. I request that you take immediate action to resolve.

    I ordered a large Teacher platter of fruit to be delivered to ********* High Schoool on Friday 2/10. It was $80. I entered a promo code: ********** that was supposed to credit me $10. It didn't not credit me the refund.That day I contacted the store. The manager was not there. I called back at least 7 other times to try to reach the manager because he never returned my calls. On 2/15, I spoke to the manager/owner. He was so unprofessional, rude and mean. He said "Cmon, you keep calling here for $10?" That's ridiculous. He claimed the promo code had expired. (It expires on 2/28/23.) He refused to credit my account. After looking on Yelp, and noticed a low rating and his employees also complained about this manager for various reasons I thought it was time to contact BBB. It is more for the principal of the issue because he was so rude and unprofessional.
