  I recently hired Koala Insulation of Central CT, and I cannot recommend them highly enough; from start to finish, their service was nothing short of exceptional.
  The initial evaluation was the best I encountered among all the companies I considered. They provided a clear, detailed explanation of the work needed and I was most impressed at how they rejected things that other companies had suggested, and this saved me a lot of money.
  What followed was a significant, challenging job: removing old, mouse-infested insulation from beneath our sealed floors and replacing it with high-performance cellulose. The team tackled this messy task with impressive efficiency and skill. Despite the scale of the job, their commitment never wavered. They even came in on the weekend to ensure everything was completed promptly.
  The workers themselves were tireless and extraordinarily pleasant to deal with. Their neatness was remarkable; they meticulously lined our house with drop cloths, draping all our belongings in plastic and then covering every inch of the floor to protect our home. The spray insulation applied to the knee walls and rim joists was expertly done—there isn’t a single air leak to be found.
  An added bonus was the involvement of the Koala Insulation owners. They stopped by to oversee the progress and, notably, pitched in to help their team. This hands-on approach is a testament to their commitment to quality and their respect for their employees.
  I was also impressed with their automated contract and billing systems. The contract was straightforward, leaving no room for ambiguity or misunderstandings, and the billing was transparent and efficient.
