    We purchased solar panels from Elite Energy Consulting. We are now financing them. We had an agreement that any repairs to the roof or issues with the roof would be taken care of by the company. We're not having roof issues and tried to contact them. All phone numbers have been turned off.

    Unfinished work on a solar project. I was in touch with the company up until a few weeks ago. They had sent a company over for an estimate to finish the project. They sent the estimate to Elite and never heard back. I have tried, with no luck, to contact Elite. They are not returning calls or emails. I have gone to there office and it is locked up. Seems they have gone out of business.

    On June 27, 2023 I entered into agreement with Elite Energy Consulting regarding installation of solar panels at my home address. Prior to the agreement, an Elite salesman came to my door and explained to me the financial and environmental benefits of going solar. Following the initial visit, Elite then performed an multiple assessments of my property to ensure I was a good candidate before making their proposal. The benefit represented by Elite has since been wildly inaccurate to which my monthly electric payments has over doubled. As of this date, I currently receiving 11/% (see attached) of the 100% of energy independence which was promised. Living paycheck to paycheck this has put great financial and emotional strain on me and my family. I have brought this to the attention to Elite on 12/8/23, in which they have admitted my solar system has been significantly underproducing. Since 12/8 I have reached out multiple times via phone and email to come up with a reasonable solution to which they have not responded.

    On 5/20/23 a salesman by the name of Quinn came by my house to see if I was interested in solar panels. We set up an appointment for 5/30/23 0930hr. Friday 5/26/23 I contacted Quinn and told him I wasn’t going to be available for our appointment after all. He says thanks for letting him know and he will tell the “engineer” to cancel the appointment. I get a call from my wife who is at home on 5/30/23 at 0952hr that a man named Hunter P****s walked up to her while she was getting in her car while in the driveway that says he is here for our 0930 appointment. My wife tells him I had to cancel the appointment because I was not available to which Mr p**** says” well he didn’t tell me” and “I drove an hour for nothing”. My wife told him that I had canceled the appointment and that Mr p****s was visibly irritated. I don’t appreciate the poor communication or the attitude with my wife over this company’s poor communication. I felt like they were trying to pressure this meeting even though I wasn’t available. I will not be doing business with this company because I don’t buy products from people that get attitude with my wife who had zero responsibility in this matter

    We reached out to this consumer to apologize after the initial complaint was filed, and added him to a Do Not Knock list. We have received no further communication from this consumer and therefore assume the issue has been resolved. He was provided with my direct phone line for any future issues.
