    Very Bad, unprofessional. Rob was recommended by a close friend to rewire a house.
    Once the contract was agreed and signed on 8/24/21, work was to commence right away with a completion date of 9/10/21. Rob stated no problem finishing this job because he was just getting back to work after a injury and he was slow. A cash deposit of $6,000 was given.
    Issues:
    1) No building permit was established , before or during work.
    2) Rob signed contract under a forfeited Connecticut license without our knowledge.
    3) Sloppy work and dirty. Wires, debris and dirt were everywhere. My wife spent hours cleaning his poor work. This was not a issue with the other contractors.
    4) On 9/20/21 Rob stated that he can finished this quickly, but was short on funds. He offer to also install TV cable and closet lighting at no charge, if we could advance another payment. We advance him $4500.00 (check). He was already 10 days behind agreed schedule.
    5) Wiring not the Code
    6) Exposed wiring.
    7) Unsafe wiring. Lamp wiring with twist caps used to power house.
    8) No power for furnace during fall season.
    9) From October on, Rob was not doing the work. After numerous text and no reply or work completed. Due to unfinished electrical work, many other jobs had to be postponed.
    10) On Oct 29, I told Rob to stop by my office and talk. His reply"Don't wanna waste time talking instead of working getting superbusy traveling to ******* next week".
    11) At that point , i asked for my money back . Rob would not return any money.
    12) Contacted the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection. Even they could not help.
    Beware.
