      Worst business experience of my life.
      Said the job would take less than a week, and now it’s been 10 months and it’s still not complete. I had to badger them via texts and calls to get them to show up again just to do a little bit more work. I also was told that there would be a whole crew working on the project, but then it was solely the owner working on the majority of days, causing progress to move incredibly slowly.
      They asked for 75% of the total cost before work was even started, with the remaining 25% due at completion. Then asked for more money even though the job was still far from done.
      They also set up sprinklers without even testing them (they didn’t work at all), causing myself to have to buy and set up my own sprinklers in a hurry before seed died. They did take the sprinkler cost off the bill, but that doesn’t compensate for the inconvenience of having to take care of it on my own.
      Half the flowers/bushes they planted have already died as well. Some were planted so shallow that they had no chance to live.
      I was told last fall that they would return in the spring to finish the job. It is now summer and I have not heard anything, and frankly do not want them back as their work was so horrible. So, I now look out the window at a half finished landscaping job with bare landscape fabric everywhere.
      I advise all homeowners to stay away from this company. They won’t even finish what they start and leave you high and dry.
