    This business if it can be call a business, it is so unprofessional, i ordered a software tune for my car 2 months ago, every-time I email them or call them there is no response.
    After many emails and calls they finally replied to me stating that they are too busy and that because of my email they can't finish my request. 2 weeks ago they request some data from the car it was sent within the hour, again silence, after email them again they reply to me asking why I am messaging them and ignoring my calls and email.
    Make yourself a favor do not buy anything from these people they will let you hang to dry and may provide the product ordered once fishes walk in the desert.

    John does not answer emails or answer phone calls, he sold me a product I don’t need, I return the product back to him and he is refusing to refund me back my money. If you ask any of the big major car shops that they have no good reviews about him. I returned his product that I did NOT use. I need help please. He purposely ignored my emails and calls just to tell me it’s past the return date. I keep having to make tuners and different people contact him just to get a response from him. I would really like to get help, I don’t advise anyone to do business with this man he is going to scam you out of your money. I’ve seen a lot of reviews online about him. He has HORRIBLE customer service, doesn’t return phone calls and reply’s to emails whenever he feels like.

    Unfortunately the owner is extremely rude and arrogant. Maybe he’s having life difficulties. Maybe he doesn’t have any idea what he’s doing. The tune I bought from him will not load onto my computer. He said he had the same issues when he tried it as I’m having. I asked repeatedly for an answer and he said he’d let me know a solution when “he has something” - it’s been weeks. I don’t think he’s doing anything. I have a feeling I’m getting shafted for $695!
