      Incompetent and dishonest. Probably the best words to describe these jokers.
      We had the salesperson come to our house to get a quote in late January to have two 12' privacy fences installed in our back yard. Despite our expressed doubts that they could install the fence while the ground was still frozen, the salesperson insisted they could do so, and were 'in fact' installing fencing elsewhere as we spoke. We gave them a down payment of ~50% on a credit card.
      Several emails and phone calls later, we were able to schedule an installation appointment for early March. We even received notice that morning they would arrive earlier. Two hours after the 'early' arrival time, the installers showed up, and had the wrong fencing. They left and came back with the 'right stuff,' but it was broken. The came back the following day, and were missing parts, and said they would come back a fourth time to complete the job, and they never did. No contact at all. It was then we noticed that one of the fences (only two panels/three posts) was not straight.
      A month later, we discovered that they had retained our credit card information (certainly unethical, and possibly illegal) and charged our credit card a second time to for the remainder of the balance. The charge is currently in dispute.
      I sent our contact a notice that the charge was being disputed, and he sent back, in rapid succession three nasty emails.
      Avoid these people like the plague.
