    Very unprofessional delivery company. Refuse to ship my order or return my order to the company in a timely manner. spoke with a representative who gave TERRIBLE customer service. This company is paid to ship. They don’t ship in a timely manner. They don’t have a general way of you knowing a delivery date, so it’s basically a wait and see for a phone call. Even after expressing to the rep that my family will be leaving for a vacation on the 8th of March, so an estimated delivery date was needed. She told me I should receive a phone call by Friday the 7th. I then said I should just cancel my order. The rep then asked me do I want her to cancel, I responded by saying “no, why would I would I have the delivery company cancel it. I was at work, so I ended the phone call, she wasnt being helpful. She then Proceeds to call back and tell me that she had canceled my order. As I stated before, very unprofessional company. They are paid to provide a shipping service. Unpleasant experience. I’m sure that this review will be taken lightly with the company. In the end you get what you pay for, and saving money on a shipping company leaves you with companies like BTX.
