    He did a walkway in 2021, and the walkway/staircase has buckled and stairs have become unsafe. I called him Nov 2021 to advised that the staircase has buckled. Finally when I did get ahold of him he said wait until the spring and he would come and fix. Spring came and nothing, in May 2022 my son almost fell when the step came undone, I called Fredi numerous times and finally got a hold of him and I said he needs to fix because if someone gets hurt I would sue him. He shows up glues the step and says give me a few weeks you dont have to be home they would come fix. Since then I have numerous calls/texts and if he see my number he won't answer so I call from anonymous numbers and he picks up. 10/7/22 I called him from and anonymous # and Fredi picks up I proceed to ask him when is he coming to fix my walkway staircase he proceeds to tell me he is really busy and I cut him off and ask when are you fixing my issue he tells me I cant do tomorrow or next week I say give me a date you can fix the problem he tells me Oct 20th.. Here it is now Oct 2022 and nothing resolved. I would like the walkway/staircase fixed as of today the steps are loose and the walkway is buckled. Please help get this resolved. Numerous phone calls, text messages, phone conversations and promises is just unprofessional especially when he was paid for the work and my patience. I need help addressing this business.
