    Lou is an amazing trainer. I have been working with Lou for a few months and the changes are amazing. Lou has helped me physically and mentally. With his help and guidance I am becoming a new person. I highly recommend Lou DeChello.

    I have been a very satisfied client of Empower Strength and Wellness for over three years. Lou Dechello is a dedicated personal trainer and who is knowledgeable, experienced and enthusiastic. Our one-on-one sessions give us the flexibility to tailor my fitness program to meet my overall wellness goals while steadily building my strength. My individualized training program is challenging but enjoyable. Lou knows how much I can handle and encourages me along the way. He consistently changes things up to keep each session interesting while making sure all my muscle groups are targeted. There has been a significant improvement to my stamina and balance since I began training with him. Lou is a consummate professional, and I recommend him highly.

    I had heal and hip problems for a very long time, and was in therapy for 7months with no relief. I decided to give personal training a shot after working with Lou at Empower Strength for two months I am pain free! I've been with him for two years and some and I have never felt better! I will continue with them for as long g as I am physically capable to.

    Lou, the owner of Empower Strength & Wellness is awesome. I have been working out at Empower with Lou for two years. The gym is spotless, it's personal training at its best. Just Lou and the client. This was one of the reasons I chose Empower, but the main reason was that Lou is very knowledgeable, personable and easy to communicate with. Lou has helped me strengthen my body. I had terrible knee pain prior to joining Empower, and with Lou's knowledge and help my knee pain has improved immensely. Lou really knows his craft and goes the extra mile to make sure his client is always on the right path. I would highly recommend Lou and Empower Strength and Wellness to anyone looking to join a gym with a personal one on one
    trainer who really cares about his clients.
    I say Work with Lou because he will do good for you!
