    I called Al's Plumbing LLC four days prior to the service day. I informed the owner that I had a serious water leak coming from the second floor bathroom tub into my kitchen ceiling.

    Then I informed him that I needed the water leak fix ASAP and a detailed report of the water leak and repairs to submit the insurance company.

    The owner reassured me that he would repair the water leak and type the detailed report for the insurance company. The day of the appointment he sent an apprentice who was not experienced and was uncertain about where the water leak was coming from. The apprentice was a very nice young man however, did not render the services I inquired and paid for.

    Finally, the owner charged me $505.16 for not rendering services. When I inquired about fixing the water leak they disregard me and when I continued to call several times after a week for a detailed report of the water leak for the insurance company they never emailed me the report and the owner made excuses saying he was in motor vehicles and more...

    He was even aggressive on the last call when I spoke to him about the water leak.
    Please save your time and money and call another plumber. The man is so overpriced and extremely unprofessional!

    We were originally hired to find a leak coming from second floor and not to repair to wait for insurance . We found a tub sitting 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch off floor not installed properly with movement when step inside . We have a complete library of photos . The drain was leaking . Caulking in and around tub needed attention. We detailed all this on a letterhead that the owner was provided and signed off on . We spoke to her and explained when we came back if we were the ones to fix it we would have to reset tub  meaning remove and set tub in stuctulite. She was really nice and happy. The owner said she would let us know. When she spoke to insurance company . Days later we received a call telling us she wanted to fix it but had to remove old stuff with a remediation company and she would call us after this was approved . The remediation company was there at this phone call I told her to call us when she was all set . They owner never called us back. ,a week later  she went on social media  to slander us . We are professionals. I tried called left messages with no return call if she ha talked with us I’m sure we could have resolved what ever her issue was .  We did our job  . We owe nothing to return .
