    I called to make an appointment today 8/29 and they refused to make an appointment for me and refused to accept my gift card.

    To Whom It May Concern,

    This individual, ********* ******, is banned from our premises due to her
    unacceptable behavior which is crucial in protecting our employees.
    Ms. ****** was informed of her status here at our nail salon over the telephone
    when she called for an appointment. Ms. ****** continued to loudly demand
    that she still be allowed to make an appointment. When we said we were unable
    to help that’s when she threatened to call the police, **** ***** ** ********
    *********** *** ******** ****** *** ******* *** ******
    We kindly suggested that she use that energy in finding herself another nail salon.
    There is not 1, not 2, but THREE nail salons directly across the street, literally
    (Check it out – ****** maps). A quarter mile south, 2 more salons and quarter
    mile north, on that same road, another 2 salons. Why an individual would be
    willing to exert so much hatred of being banned from a nail salon in which she
    clearly didn’t like is beyond reason.
    We hope that someone in your department can kindly wish the very best to Ms.
    ******, as we have, on finding the very best nail salon which will suit her needs.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1. I never mentioned the *** or ******** *****. That doesn’t even make sense. Just more lies by the salon manager.

    2. I have witnesses that saw the way I was treated and my nail technician profusely apologized that I was being incorrectly charged for a service I didn’t need. I never raised my voice in person or over the phone. The manger wouldn’t know that because she never would take my call. She made her Secretary answer who seemed very uncomfortable. 

    3. There have been any complaints made by others. 

    4. The owner/manager is bullying me and 

    Discriminating against me based on my race, gender,  and status.

    Melissa (the owner) is BEYOND unprofessional. I went in for a pedicure on Thursday 7/28 at 6pm. At the end you get a chair massage. My arms were bent back to get "stretched" at one point, which usually takes me by surprise b/c they don't ask if it's ok if they do it. The next day my right arm had a very uncomfortable ache
    inside the shoulder, I iced it and took Tylenol in hopes Sat might be better, which it wasn't. Sunday morning I planted myself at home b/c I couldn't put my hand over my head nor behind my back. I continued on Tylenol
    and ib profin and called as soon as they opened Monday morning. I didn't hear from Melissa until later afternoon with not much concern. She has now decided to ignore my calls and will not reimburse me for my X-ray and drs visit. THEN, even before this all
    happened, during my pedicure, Melissa yelled at my nail tech right in front of me and my friend about accidentally charging a customer twice, when we should know better to talk to the person after they are done with a customer. I'm absolutely disgusted in her behavior as an owner!! I would like $65 for my co pay and meds and I am asking for $50 for my pedicure since she wrecked it! I’m looking for reimbursement of $115 dollars.
