    On Tuesday, July 2 I took my car to "Professional Tire Inc"- They removed the rear left tire, identified the problem, recommended replacing 2 rear tires and quoted what the job was going to cost and said they would have to order the tires. I was assured the tires would be in the next day (Wednesday) as I needed the car for the following Sunday...I called Wednesday and was told that in error, only 1 tire was delivered. Again I was assured the truck was due to come back with the 2nd tire. So at 4:30 I called again and still NO TIRE (they close at five and for the 4th of July holiday were not reopening until Monday. I got a verbal apology it was suggested that I try to find the tires elsewhere. (fair enough) Ordered the tires from another dealer. Now we have a problem. When The new dealer attempted to take off the tire (Rear left) they found that the wheel lock nut was damaged, Professional Tire used it to remove and then put the tire back on the car) - so I found a BMW dealer in ********* who said they should have a replacement . So 40 min ride up to ********* and 40 min back. Using the new lock nut they still could not get the rear left lug off. The last person had put it on TOO TIGHT. I now have to take my car to BMW to have the TOO TIGHT LOCK NUT removed. I have no idea what that is going to cost. I also lost the use of my car.
    OH yes FYI the new tire dealer was close to $400.00 less for the same tires and service.

    Fantastic customer service. Straight shooters and very reasonable. They helped me out big time when i was in a jam and earned a lifetime customer. I'm very happy I went to them!

    Don’t waste your time at Town Fair Tire in Stratford. Professional Tire I’m Shelton is courteous, affordable, quick and has fantastic customer service. I brought a slow leak tire to them 15 minutes before closing - Nico (the owner) didn’t flinch. Mike took my car in and fixed it quickly and I was out before 5pm. I’ll be bringing my car, my wife’s car and my son’s car there for many years to come. A great local business that has my business and should have yours as well.

    They stayed late to help me with a tire I caught a flat and I’m not from shelton they blessed me Nico is a blessing! I appreciate them very much for helping me best company you could deal with very professional EXCELLENT SERVICE

    Excellent  service; i went in asking if they could put in a new review mirror for me; (that i already bought) they said let me take a look for you; suggested on how i could/ would be able to do it for my self; then went right ahead and put it in for me at little to no cost. I would recommend them to anyone that needs almost anything done for their car and or truck.

    Fantastic Service. I pulled in with a slow leak in one tire. They checked my tire, found the screw that was causing the slow leak and quickly fixed my tire. In and out in 20 minutes. Much appreciated.
    This is our 2nd visit for the same issue on our other car. We got the same level of service then as well. Nice people, very friendly and I felt they were sincere and trustworthy.
