      Love this practice! Was a patient of Dr C****** for years( to many to remember) as were my children and husband. I was saddened when he retired, but I am delighted with Dr Y****** She brings newer tools and current professional standards to her practice. Like Dr C****** she is up to date with current standards of practice and techniques. I am a retired fussy nurse who is a very fussy patient.

      Do you want $10,000 in unexpected dental bills after a botched crown replacement? Then this is the place for you! After Dr. Yassin replaced a perfectly functional crown on my front top tooth that I had for over a decade (replaced for aesthetic reasons), it became infected within a month resulting in a failed root canal, tooth extraction, two bone grafts, a post, another crown and over 30 x-rays in one year. Since this falls under the same category of operation that caused this problem in the first place under Nayaug Family Dental’s care, most of this is not covered by my insurance. During the almost now two-year healing process, I’ve had to wear an incredibly inconvenient flipper retainer while the TWO bone grafts and post healed.
      Nayaug Family Dental & Dr. Yassin claim this is just coincidental but tell me how it’s coincidental that the very tooth you operated on a month prior became infected so quickly? I have reached out about help in this now almost two year, $10,000+ nightmare and all I get is a “good luck we wish you the best”. I went to the previous Dentist there, Dr. Brian Chiffer (who retired and sold the practice to Dr. Yassin) for 15+ years – he would have never treated his patients with such contempt and lack of empathy.
      I should have known better when I first went in for a “cavity” filling (wasn’t even a cavity so I was told after the fact) and immediately resulted in intense pain to temperature and pressure. Almost two years later, I’m still dealing with that same pain because after getting two other opinions on the matter, the only option is to extract the tooth that was perfectly fine prior to Dr. Yassin drilling into it while she inattentively chatted with her dental assistant during the procedure, as they did every time I went in.
      I hesitated in writing this review because I don’t like speaking bad of anyone, but I cannot let others experience the same treatment as I have. I’m 24 years old with $10,000+ in unexpected dental bills and an almost t

      I'm sorry to see your feedback about your experience at our office. What sets our office apart is that if I ever come across work that I have done that is not up to my standards, I correct it at no cost to the patient because I believe that is the right thing to do. I know you can attest to that from your own experience with me.
      However, I work on the human body and I cannot control how your body responds to treatment. I also don't set the fees in another provider's office, and have no control over the cost or treatment rendered in another office.
      I am also surprised because when we last spoke you said that you did not think that I had done anything wrong in the course of my treatment. You also seemed appreciative when I reached out again to advise you that there was an alternative treatment that was less expensive and less invasive that you and your new dentist could consider.
      I understand that the expense you are facing is frustrating and overwhelming, but I am disappointed that you have decided to leave negative reviews on multiple sites because I declined to pay for the treatment you received elsewhere.
      I do sincerely wish you the best as you proceed with your treatment as I am sympathetic to what a long process this has been for you. We will continue to work with your current dental office to provide them with any information they need for your care.
