    This is a Private practice with unprofessional practices. The office is argumentative, unwilling to admit fault, and rude. I had to ask 2 times for test results from bloodwork and was gaslight to believe it was all my fault. They are unwilling to listen to the apparent recorded call where they would hear the first attempt at me asking for results when they clearly were ready. No one ever followed up. I had to ask a second time and was berated by the District Manager Kelly how it was because of me not attending an appointment when in fact the last form of communication was me asking for results and being told someone would call. Guess what, they never did. Awful to know that others are dealing with unprofessionalism in the office. If you can't have respect and understand your faults you will not grow. Do better.
