Ah, the famed Wyndham Hotel in ********** *** a place where the exquisite art of hotel management unfolds before your very eyes! The front desk staff greets you with their stellar professionalism, the only ray of sunshine in an otherwise dimly lit affair. And the location? Exquisite, if your definition of 'exquisite' is the ease of hopping onto I-84.
From there, you step into the labyrinth of antiquity, an experience not too dissimilar to stepping into a time machine. Rooms, furnished in the style of "distressed chic" come replete with ripped curtains and carpets with an impressive patchwork of worn-out spots. But let's not mistake this for negligence, it's clearly a nod to the bygone era of... well, worn-out carpets.
Breathe in the 'fresh' air, which at any given time is a vibrant cocktail of pot smoke, making the interior and exterior virtually indistinguishable. One might mistake it as the hotel's adventurous attempt at an all-natural, aromatic experience.
Now, for those who love a dual-purpose design, the parking lot is a visionary concept. It's not just a place for vehicles, but a lively playground where footballs and soccer balls ricochet off cars. Who knew a hotel stay could also include a complimentary, adrenaline-filled game of 'dodge the ball' with your car?
But the star of this whole circus is the illustrious General Manager. His handling of customer feedback deserves its own chapter in the annals of hospitality management - a masterclass in 'how to lose customers and alienate people'. Dare to express dissatisfaction? You'll be treated to a first-hand demonstration of his eviction prowess, expediting your checkout faster than you can say "customer service". Now that's a novel way of dealing with critiques - out of sight, out of mind, right? If you wish to experience a unique blend of antiquity, pot-scented ambiance, parking lot theatrics, and a crash course in peculiar hotel management, look no further than the Wyndham ********** ***

Situated very conveniently of I84, the front desk staff is outstanding. That's all the good... Here's the bad, the GM couldn't be more rude, unprofessional and arrogant. Everything is dated and the landscape as well as the outside of the property is in disrepair, even cutting the grass is too much here. On weekends, this hotel attracts the most out of control events, often with prostitutes and drug dealers on standby. The cleaning crew does their best but old ripped sheers (even blood stained) are common. Most evenings, the scent of cannabis is present from the minute you approach the main entrance. The GM has perfectly capable front desk staff, they should be allowed to do their job, he instead prefers to let the place be a dump.
