      We hired Wedding Elites for our wedding that took place April 6 2024. We used the 2800 dollar sale for photography, videography and DJ. Our first call with Ross seemingly went decently, however all that changed following our deposit. Ross was incredibly hard to get a hold of and then would use words such as Retarded or other unprofessional language that set the stage for even more unprofessional behavior. He would blame all sorts of things on why it took so long to return phone calls or emails. It got to the point where I had send him a text message every other day requesting information and multiple emails and only got vague responses. He also told us it would take 10-12 weeks to receive our wedding video back, as of July 14 2024, it has been 14, almost 15 weeks and he has no updates for us. I sent him screenshots of all my messages to him and he ignored my direct questions and proceeded to call me another name.

      Absolutely shocked with the change in personality/behaviour following the Wedding.
      3-weeks after the Wedding I received an anomosity filled email demanding the Video. (Totally unreasonable expectation).
      So please look at the these screen shots... She's been texting the wrong number all along even though the correct number is at the bottom of every email as you can see.

      Not only that It's on our website,****** listing & everywhere else. I brought this up in our recent conversation in which the anomosity was off the chart but she stated It was my fault that she didn't read the email & was texting my personal number that was hacked well over a year ago, to which we no longer have access too.

      They were told that the Video would take around 10-12 weeks because of the timing of the Wedding. (This was explained before they booked us).

      We have had some delays which are covered in our contract that it may take longer to ensure quality!

      It must be done right! Despite what type of person we are having to deal with! We are not going rush anything no matter what story is made up or whatever the Issue is.

      Furthermore she is absolutely lying about me using the word retarded in any form or context whatsoever!

      She is also lying about replying to her emails. As you can see in the screen shots, every email was replied too.

      That is exactly what were dealing with!

      I accomodated their special requests & financial situation, even after giving them significant discount's. 

      The groom was always rational & very normal to talk too.

      I explained to him that we are expecting the completion of the Video in next 3-weeks & he was very understanding of that!

      We are not refunding anything & are not going to be rushing anything!

      The video should be ready in the next 3-weeks.

      It is going to be sent out at that point & we are going to be done with this client!

      We went above & beyond for this person, we certainly don't deserve this hostility & manipulation!
