    Dealer: U8746
The vehicle was purchased from this dealer/auto shop. The dealer/mechanic gave false statements related to vehicle condition or needed repairs. At the time of the test drive, I noticed grinding in the front end, rattling in the front end, burning rubber smell, swaying and noise in the engine. The dealer/mechanic told me that it was inspected with a 'fine tooth comb'. The promised repairs by the dealer/mechanic to the exhaust/engine, front-end, tires (rotting), alignment were not completed. The dealer/mechanic neglected to provide me the invoice or vehicle inspection report. After bringing the vehicle to the dealer/mechanic over 12 times, the dealer/mechanic would harass me, accuse me of not knowing what I was talking about on the test drives and tell me he did not see anything wrong with the vehicle. I told him that without a vehicle inspection report I wanted a refund. With no resolve, I had the vehicle inspected by another mechanic to assess what repairs were needed and the mechanic documented the repairs. The vehicle did not have a recent oil change that was overdue on the mileage. Upon contacting the dealer/mechanic about the oil change and reports on the inspection; the dealer/mechanic claims that when he checked the oil it looked clean so he didn't change the oil, even though it was over the mileage and due date. I told the dealer/mechanic that I wanted a refund and that he sold me a bad car, and did not perform the promised repairs. The dealer/mechanic said that he did find a leak in the exhaust and the tires were rotted. I asked the dealer/ mechanic for an invoice for the repairs and inspection report of the vehicle, which he neglected to provide. After I picked up the vehicle, while I was driving and felt something rattling and pulled over to look under the hood. Bolts are missing and neglected to inform me of the repairs that were performed. The dealer/mechanic provided no invoice or proof of any repairs.
