    I have a subscription with Timeless for once a month delivery on their cbd oil for $90.23 a month. On 10/25 I wrote to them and asked to put my subscription on hold so I can catch up bc the deliveries were coming too quickly. They wrote me back the same day and said they would put it on hold until further notice. The next month on 11/23 my card was charged again for $90.23 and the product was sent out. I now have 2 orders still in their envelopes bc I can’t use the product fast enough. I tried emailing 4 times since 11/23 and have had no response from the company. I tried calling a few times at different hours and their mailbox is full. I emailed two different email addresses provided by them and no response. I tried their online chat, got a robot. I tried to manage my subscription on the website and it goes to a blank page. I have been using this company since 2019 and I am fed up with their lack of responsiveness and hard to reach tactics. I want to cancel my subscription and get a refund on this past order that I did not authorize. I tried to resolve it with Barclays Bank to dispute it but they won’t let me unless I return the product first. How can I return the product if I can’t reach the company? And why should I pay to return something that I didn’t authorize in the first place? How do I know once I send it back that they will be responsive? I am fed up and do not like the customer service that this company offers. It is frustrating and I do not want to do business with them anymore. I want to cancel my subscription and I can’t get through to them at all. I don’t want them to ship another order and want to resolve this before they do. I also want a refund on my last unauthorized order. Thank you.
