    We had my child’s birthday party at Crystal Bees in *********** * **. (with 10 children) on 1/22/23 and I was charged $472.13. The owner “Irvin” AKA Don M******d (he gave us a false name) Out of the 3 lanes, number 16 worked for 10 MINUTES and 14 and 15 never worked at all!! The lanes weren’t even functional enough to input the kid’s names into them! Every child did not even get a chance to have ONE TURN bowling! The screens were black, the balls were stuck in the gutters- the lanes did not work in any way, shape or form! I ran back and forth to the front desk a dozen times and the young man at the front desk kept leaving to find the owner to inform him.
    I missed 90% of our party chasing after the owner or any staff in sight to get assistance!! We were supposed to have a separate party room as the contract mentioned “Banquet Room”? No one could answer me! The pizza was brought to the non-working bowling lanes, where the kids ate it on their laps. The beverages were never refilled and there were no plates or napkins left when the cupcakes came out. As we attempted to sing the 20 seconds of “Happy Birthday”, we were drowned out by the extraordinarily loud rock concert that was right next to us. So close to us, in fact, that a random customer came over and helped himself to a cup of water from our pitcher. I had to inform him that this was our birthday party table! As we repeatedly asked Irvin AKA Don how he planned to make this right, his only solution was to “extend the party until it’s fixed”. He refused any portion of a refund. I was so embarrassed in front of our guests, as the children had no structured activity and I was trying desperately to keep them entertained and contained within our little section of broken lanes and misery for two hours. We left, massively disappointed at 3 pm (an hour after the party concluded) and NONE OF THE LANES WERE WORKING STILL. I was charged $475.13 ($50 deposit and $422.13 on 1/20/23)
