    I was miss led and ended up PAYING for an apprentice and the Plumber. No way! At least I should have been told of what I was paying for. Paying for there training is absurd, especially when I was not TOLD. It’s a TRAP

    Skip, the owner, sent out a new employee by himself. He ensured me that they could work while I was not home if I just leave the hatch door unlocked since I could not take time off from my new job. Big mistake on my end. I came back to my basement with a pond in it. The employee who had only worked for this company for a month must have bleed my boiler system onto floor and refused to own up to the mess that was created. I talked to Skip to try and find a solution. He was siding with his employee the entire time and having zero sympathy for the frustration I was going through seeing a pond of water on my new floors. Finally, he told me that he’d take care of the labor and id only pay for parts. Fast forward a month and he charged me labor and parts with a false description of what happened that day. I’ve called him multiple times now and have not received a called back. If I could give this company zero stars I would.
