Hi ****** it truly was a pleasure working with you. You stayed with me throughout the entire inspection asking many great questions and were very involved in the inspection process. Customer service is my number one priority, and educating my clients as we go through the inspection process is a big part of that customer service promise. I write a narrative style report and include pertinent photos instead of using a software program which many home inspectors do. I feel a narrative style report gives you a clear, concise picture of what's going on with your home and explains in great detail our findings.

5 starsBruce conducted a thorough, thoughtful inspection of my new property with me. He went out of his way to make sure I understood what he was talking about. Bruce provided many helpful tips for not only maintaining the home, but making sure all of its components and equipment perform optimally for as long as possible. Within 48 hours Bruce produced a comprehensive inspection report with many high quality pictures, which serve as visual aides for the written report. In addition to the detailed inspection, Bruce offered to answer questions I may have even after I have moved into the home. 5 starsBruce is the most thorough inspector that we have ever met. He is meticulous in every aspect of the inspection & explains everything thoroughly. He is a buyers perfect inspector. We have used him twice and highly recommend him to anyone buying a property. He will walk you through the whole process, methodically and give you a report that is very detailed. Five stars isn't high enough for All-Pro Inspection services.
