      Despite repeated requests/ promise to pay, I have not received my refund due for $8,187.87 for prepaid appliances, including a ** Café wall oven and ** Café French door refrigeration.

      My original order was placed and pre-payment remitted on November 19, 2021 to Appliance Solutions Co. LLC for $7,758.38, which included full payment for the refrigerator. A second order was placed for additional appliances and pre-payment was remitted for $3,751.06 on March 17, 2022 (wherein the double wall oven was paid for in full, and the stove was replaced for an electric cooktop). Since November 2021 and as of July, 2022 the only items pre-paid for and delivered were the microwave, dishwasher, and cooktop (the lowest priced items ordered). During this time, I contacted their offices on numerous occasions to request delivery status for my pre-paid appliances. On July 8, 2022, I requested a full refund for the refrigerator and oven. On October 4 2022, I wrote to you again to request a full refund. On Monday, October 17 2022 at 6:30PM, a teleconference call was held with myself, my mother, ****** ******, the owner, Erin D******, and store manager, Carlos. On this recorded line, you promised a full refund for the two undelivered appliance items for $8,187.87 to be issued by certified bank check via overnight postal delivery to my home on Wednesday, October 19 2022 for my delivery on October 20 2022. Since then, and again despite repeated requests and promises to pay, I have not received my refund.

      Additionally, during this almost yearlong process, several things have occurred:
      1. Erin and Carlos have stopped responding to outreach attempts regarding the status of my refund owed.
      3. The phone number to the store, on several occasions, has not been an active phone line, with no way to get a hold of the owner or store manager due to unresponsive calls, text messages, and voicemails left on my behalf
