    We have emailed Passion for Trees numerous times regarding work that was promised to us regarding a deposit made. No response has happened and we are concerned this business cannot or will opt honor their word.

    Mr. ****** ***** had me come to his property to advise on his Trees and give him an estimate on work he wanted to do. After a week he changed his mind and I came back to give him an estimate on the opposite side of the property. I spent over 3 hours plus writing up both proposals and changing them for him a couple times for the work he wanted to prioritize. We require a deposit for the work proposed and when you receive an exchange of money it becomes a binding contract. I attempted more than 3 times to do the work and Mr. ***** declined. We were set up in the contract to complete the work by the end of April 2022. He refused to have us do the work after SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. All of this is documented in emails. He then claimed to suddenly go through hardships and wanted his deposit back. Deposits are non refundable especially when we are consulting 2 different times at the property going over his Trees and what to do and not do ect. Plus my time to write up his proposals and make changes. I told Mr ***** if he wants us to do the work at another time I would honor his deposit and do the work in the winter time if that works for him. He the responded that he liked that and would get back to me he even said thank you for working with him. Months later now October of 2022 he calls me and tells me he rented a lift and started doing the Trees on his own and it was horrible and was very scary and difficult and now wants me to come and only do 1 Tree. This is not how you do business. I told Mr. ***** I would have to re visit his property and see what he wants done now that there are changes I am not aware of. It would be winter time. The next day his wife emailed me threatening me about getting a Lawyer and wants the deposit back and had the wrong number of that amount then I see she made a complaint to the BBB and this is my response to their complaint. I run a professional business and go above and beyond for all of my customers I have many 5 star ratings w zero complaints in 38 years of exceptional service  I would still be willing to work this out but all they don’t seem to want to honor their proposal.
