  Owner Pat and wife did initial estimate on 10/16 based on 2000sq ft.
  Then took $11,000 cash deposit and started work before providing a written contract. The terms on the contract indicted 1800 Sq ft. I tried to cancel contract within 3 days but was told it would be fine it was to late because they started. Work quality was very poor. Concrete was splattered all over wall and when pointed out I was told he would clean after. It dried and did not come off. Retaining wall was damaged from being driven over and against. We agreed on repair but is was not done as agreed and now not structurally sound. Patio was poured with no plan and in uneven sections. Brush strokes are all uneven and different directions. Patio was poured in freezing temperatures and no work was done on warm days because he didn't order ahead. Patio is uneven with raised joints all-over. Splatter on stone stairs, barn and house. Cracked holes in siding on house when pressure washing at 26 degree day. Trucks leaked oil on driveway, he continued to park in driveway after being asked not to. Concrete on new pool coping and liner. Cut skimmer with saw. Sliced steps with razer blades. Gaps around steps and blue protective film dried in concrete. Gaps between coping and Patio. Uneven edges all over. Patio was not poured 5.5 inches as quoted.(barely 3 inches most places). Large 1 inch deep puddles in many areas. Relief joints cut all the way through patio to let water drain out of puddles. Patio was not properly bonded to pool bonding as required by state code. Splatter on metal handrails then scratched when then tried to remove it. Drove stakes through drainage pipe TWICE. Project lasted almost 4 weeks when was told 1 week. Many discolored areas from dripping and spaltter that they tried to grind down. EXCESSIVE debris and concrete in pool. Overall project looks very poor and water does not run off in most places. Looks like a jigsaw puzzle pieced together. Left debris from concrete truck clean out. Packed mud into stone driveway
