      I've never given a review about anything!? I always try to give everyone the benefit of a doubt! But when it comes to Fox heating out of ******* *** Their only concern is to bill you for inadequate service! The technician red tagged my furnace I had a new chimney liner installed cost me 4000 dollars ! Called fox heating to untag my furnace for ten minutes charged me 160 dollars! A month later I called them back be at my furnace wasn't coming on and they wanted to charge me 225 dollars an hour?? The only good thing about this business is their tech by the name of Chris! The phone etiquette from this business is grade school level and extremely rude why I used them was a grievance error on my part!

      We came out to the house on 9/15/22 to perform a yearly cleaning and had to Red Tag the unit due to a problem with the chimney. Pointing out this problem probably saved lives. When we returned on 9/20/22 after the chimney work was completed we did charge for the visit as cleaning is not a 2 visit appointment. On this second visit when the tech was able to run the boiler he pointed out that there was an additional repair that was needed and due to the money spent on the chimney repair the homeowner declined the repair, stating he would take care of it. When we were called 11/15/22 we informed the customer it would be a chargeable visit since they still had hot water for the last 7 weeks it shows that our work at the last visit was still working properly. Also that we were in overtime so the cost was higher than regular time and they were given the option to wait until the next day for a lower hourly rate. They did not want to pay for a visit and declined service. We can not work for free or we would be out of business.
