      What I Paid: $63.00 when it should have only been around $25
      What I was supposed to get: An $11.00 Car wash 2x

      The Nature of the complaint is that this car wash is charging their most expensive price for ANY car wash package you pick, but it is showing you the correct price on the machine. Heres my situation.
      I went to get a car wash at Oasis Auto Wash. I selected the $11.00 wash package. and the screen showed I was charged $11.72. Which is OK, they had a notice stating a 3% tax on CC purchases. No problem. I went through the first wash with no problems. It's when I tried to go through again where everything went bad. I paid for my second wash, and the door never opened. So I paid AGAIN (that's 3 payments (of $11.72 I THOUGHT) for 2 washes) and was finally let in. While in the wash, I looked up the company to email them, or call, to inform them the machine is faulty. But I saw the reviews of what this place is known for. Now the machine showed me I was charged $11.72, but when I checked my CC I had 3 charges for $21.00 (their most expensive wash package) No one can seem to get in touch with anyone from Oasis by the looks of the reviews. This is blatant robbery. Whether or not I get my money back somehow is no big deal, but this place CAN'T KEEP DOING THIS TO PEOPLE.

      There are multiple complaints I saw, unfortunately, too little too late. So I know this isn't a once in a while event.
