    I signed a contract on January 17 of this year to have my heating system completely replaced. I was quoted almost $14,000 for the whole and was told that a $7000 deposit would be needed. I gave him the deposit the following day on the 18th. He was very quick to cash the check but I did not hear from him for 10 days following this. He called saying he scheduled me and sent me my receipt and wasn’t sure why I wasn’t getting them. He then scheduled me for a date I had to take off of work and did not show up to the appointment. After that, he rescheduled me for 15 February when he once again was not able to come due to not having a helper. In between timeframe, I asked him to produce a receipt for the parts that he bought because he was telling me that there would be a restocking fee I never saw a receipt for anything that he bought even though he claims that there’s a 20% fee to return the products that he “bought”. He also told me if he did not show up the next time he would handle the restocking fee as it “would not happen again”. He then told me he would come this most recent Saturday and never showed up. I texted him at 9:30 when he said he would be thereby nine and no answer. My mother helped me with the funding for this and called him. She left a voicemail didn’t even talk to and around 10 o’clock. He wound up sending me a text saying that I was nuts and he would be canceling the work And leaving the equipment at my house. I still have yet to receive any equipment, refund, or response.
