    I had a GC hire Schede for some work to be done on my house. The major items were:
    1. Fix HVAC ducts to improve temps in 3 level home (basement, 1st and 2nd floor) and install CoolDown System to take cold air from basement and recirculate into hotter above ground floors.
    2. Remodel bathroom, rearrange plumbing and install new tub, new toilet and sinks
    3. Install half bath in basement
    4. Install antique outdoor shower
    I had to have my GC fire Schede and I hired a local plumber that I knew. The local plumber asked me if Schede was licensed in *** ***** which I am still not sure of. I plan to submit this review to *** **** State to see if their plumbing license can be reviewed so that nobody has to deal with what we went through. The local plumber I hired says it looked like Schede wasn’t licensed and then he said that the work they did looked like sabotage and not repair.
    It is now May 2025 and we are still finding things Schede did wrong. Either they didn’t do things they said they would or because they did things that were not done correctly and they now need to be repaired or corrected.
    All of their plumbers were extremely rude, and they all made comments about me behind my back.
    I cannot stress enough the poor quality of work and the unprofessionalism of all of their plumbers, HVAC guys and Nick Schede. The lies and complaints were just ridiculous. I would avoid this company at all costs.
    Not to mention the high cost of their services and the fact that they would send two guys to do a one-man job every time. Overcharging and rude does not make for good business.
