    I’ve been working with FoxCarriers for about 6 months now as an owner operator out of *****. Overall, they’re reliable and straight-up. If you’ve got your own truck and wanna stay moving, they’ll keep you busy.

    I worked with this company for about a year and I am still working with them. I have not had any issues. They are fair and pay on time. They were extremely helpful in my most complicated pickups and deliveries. Dispatchers and Operations are respectful and friendly. Simply follow basic instructions and you will never have any issues. The negative comments here are written in poor English and almost hard to understand; which makes me think that these drivers are either unable to communicate with Fox Operations, or unable to understand instructions. This can also be an attempt to tarnish the reputation of this company. Yes this company have dispatchers in ******* from what I think but most Dispatchers understand the job and communicate clearly. I contacted both Operations and Human Resources in multiple occasions with inquiries and I got very well written and professional responses that unsewered all my questions. As far as rates, Fox Carriers cannot get what they can't get. Fox places the driver's bid, they don't control the rates. For those complaining about the rates, you can place any bid that you want but understand that you are competing with other drivers offering less. It is not Fox's fault for the lowest rates. Other Drivers and other nefarious actors acting as dispatchers are hurting the entire industry for accepting loads for less than 0.70/mile. I have had loads for $2.50/mile and Loads for 0.90/mile. Yes I suffered too but It was up to me, I was not forced to take any load for less than $1.00. Yes, I was also a victim of the chaos in the Sprinter Van industry. It is a mess. I hear that some Carriers operate with only Liability insurance and would take 3 loads from different dispatchers for less 0.70/mile. What do you expect in these situation? Of course the rates will look like trash. Those shady operators hurt us all. Carriers must be properly vetted and rated. Brokers should vet and approve carriers before allowing them to carry their load.

    It is a bad company, I made a charge and they only paid me half of the money and now they do not respond to me or give me a fair reason.

    Good carrier to work with, they pay on time as promised and have consistent loads for me to haul even if those aren't high-paying ones. Been working for them for over 2 years now.

    Terrible company! Low rates!
    Don't respond to questions and concerns. Took two loads and was never paid for those hauls. DO NOT WORK FOE THIS COMPANY...I REPEAT DO NOT WORK THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL GET STIFFED!
