    Back in November of 2020 I sent my computer to be repaired here because of water damage. They weren't 100% sure if they could fix it but they said they would let me know soon. A very very long time had passed, I called and they said they would get back to me. I then sent emails and texts to both the company and personal numbers, and no response at all. A few months ago they finally picked up the phone and they said they knew about my computer, but that the man responsible for the repairs wasn't in today, and they would call me back tomorrow. That did not happen, and I have called multiple times since then and they have never picked up. I am almost starting to suspect they either sold or lost my computer, and at this point I would be willing to just accept my broken computer back (however, I would ideally love my fixed computer or a reimbursement for it). Could this please be looked into? Thank you so much in advance.

    There is mis-communication problem for the case, we already located the missing devices and  tried to contact the customer for follow up

    Hello!

     

    I submitted a complaint (#********) a while back, and unfortunately the issue was not resolved through the BBB. However, I called the business, PC Warehouse, today after many more attempts and they finally answered and said they found my computer and I can pick it up on Thursday, with the possibility of receiving a replacement computer. I very much appreciated this compensation, and would love to update them that the negative public record from this case has been removed. Would this be possible to do? Please let me know anything you may need from me in order to do so, and I look forward to hearing from you!
