    Omega Engineering's internal processes are bordering on fraud. They have set up their business such that it is impossible to return an item for a refund, even if that item is defective. They use 3rd party sales to make it impossible to return their product. Instead of returning their product, they force you to wait months to get a repair completed. Based on project timelines I was forced to buy a second unit from them, and they never documented this in their system. It took me weeks of my time to finally get a refund for 1 of the 2 items that I purchased and in order to do so, I had to send back the only functioning unit before the damaged unit was replaced. Now I'm stuck without a critical part for my system and they are unwilling to refund me for the unit sitting in their depot waiting on repair. I will never use Omega Engineering for anything ever again.

    My experience with OE in the last 3 years have been extremely poor. lasy year we waited about 1 year to get our thermocouple wire delivered after many complaints. Last Dec I have ordered 4 rolls of TFCC-005-500 again, it was stated at the payment that it would be delivered in 6 weeks. However, after many chasing ups, this order still have not been delivered 9 months after the order. In May 2022 while we did not received or be informed a delivery date, we were told that it would be helpful to speed up production if we order more of them, so we ordered another 6 rolls of the same. However, even we had paid both orders at time of order, we still have not received any delivery nor a definite delivery date. Last week our sensors production has been forced to stop due to non-show of materials that we ordered from OE Australia 9 months ago. By now even the promised delivery date of 3 Sept 22 for the last order on 3 June has passed. We still havent heard anything about it. I can understand a delay of estimated delivery (already extremely long) by a couple of months but not 9 months. Extremely poor business!
