I dropped off my tax documents almost a year ago and they still are not done. I've called and emailed countless times and they won't address. Because of this, I missed deadlines so I'm accumulating fees from the ***. I don't know what else to do. Please help me!

    Business Response

    Date: 04/29/2024

    Good afternoon,

I wanted to respond regarding ******* *********. I do apologize for the length of time it has taken me to respond. Tax season can be very grueling, and I am just glad we can breathe again. As a disclaimer, I am not the responsible party for her tax return as I am the office manager and often a 3rd party relaying messages back and forth between the clients and preparer. My initial contact with ******* was to email her the 2022 return in Oct (I misspoke when I said Dec). I did send her an email back in October, when she reached out in Dec asking for a copy of her return, she claimed that she was not able to print due to a printer issue and at that point I offered to send a paper copy which was sent to the address on file. I am more than happy to send her a new copy if she doesn’t have the original copy provided. Unfortunately, the person who she dealt with is no longer with our company and therefore don’t have a back history of prior conversations with her and our past employee. Please let me know what steps we need to take to rectify this for *******.

We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service to our clients and its saddens me that ******* doesn’t feel that we did that for her. Again, please let me know if there is anything else that needs to be done for her on the firm side and I will do my best to accommodate it.

I hope this one complaint does not affect our accreditation. I do appreciate you reaching out and allowing me to explain and giving me grace time for responding.

    Thank you in advance,

    Tamisha C***
