      I regret so much ever contacting this business. She was very nice and responsive up until I sent the money for the service I wanted. She was very adamant about me paying Roselle once we agreed and was confirmed multiple times through email that the window for my service would be from a certain time to a certain time she then called telling me that the person could not make it and was trying to tell me what time they would be able to arrive however, when we agreed upon the time it was for the purpose that, the availability for the service was only at the time that I allotted. She then began to yell talk over and argue with me over the phone about the performers and what they have going on and why they can’t make it at the time we agreed for when I paid for the service And disregarded the fact that I was the customer when I asked for a refund, she got more aggressive and refused to give a refund nowhere on the website or any of our emails that Estate she did not do refunds. I don’t have much money to spare, but I wanted to make my husband’s birthday special and now I am out of some money because , she was very heartless and very inconsiderate and I would not recommend anybody to use this business as it is just one lady who is very professional she receives payment and then your party and your wishes go out the door
