    USAII offers certifications in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Its certifications are pretty expensive ($$$-$$$$). Unfortunately the company engages in a click-bait approach to getting people to sign up for its certifications.
    I signed up for the Artificial Intelligence Scientist certification on 29-Feb-2024.
    The study material (comprising of e-books (pdfs) and video course materials) is significantly outdated. This is unacceptable in the constantly evolving field of AI - especially considering the steep fee charged by this institute.
    Each prospective candidate is given access only to the e-books within 24 hours of paying for the specific certification. The candidate is given ONLY the first 24 hours to withdraw from the certification and request for a refund. However, the video course materials are not made available to the candidate until after the timeframe to apply for a refund has elapsed (i.e. after 24 hours post-payment). This institute also does not seem interested in the success of its candidates. Unlike other certifications, there are no full length practice tests available. The existing set of 10 question practice tests cannot be taken up again, if the candidate wishes to improve their scores.
    I have reached out to one of their customer service agents multiple times via email. I've been told that their Subject Matter Experts are updating and reviewing the updated course content and it isn't ready yet.
    The customer support person has offered a Table of Contents preview for their updated material and 1 e-book from another certification offered by USAII
    I would like to warn any prospective candidate to steer clear of this company. Not worth the money. No integrity behind its lofty claims.
