In January 2023 I prepaid for 1 year of bootcamp classes at *** *** * ***** (fka Radical Athletics of ** **** ** *******) at ** ********* *** in ***** (receipt attached). As of Tues Sept 19th the doors were locked, and no options for continuing services were offered. The ******** page for *** *** * ***** was deleted, and the other 16 Week Challenge page ************************************************ was Paused so no more posts could be made.
I reached out via ******** ********r to Rodney J****** the Owner, per his last post request. I've attached those screen shots as well. I asked him to refund me for 3 months left of the year, that I paid for in advance... $187.50 (750/12= $62.50 per month x 3 (months) = $187.50). Was told he'd get back to me. But he has stopped responding and I don't believe he has any intention of providing that refund. He currently still has another business, *** *** * ********* ******************************************* and fear he may pull the same stunt at that location. I've been very nice and friendly, and feel he's being unprofessional. And for under $200, my options for getting a refund are limited. Please help!!

I joined this gym's 16-week weight loss program on 2/8/2021 costing me $79 per month. By week 10, my back began to hurt again (most likely an old injury) and on week 11 of the program, I stopped going. I inquired with the staff about how to cancel the program and I was told to get a note from my doctor stating that I could not continue the program. On 5/18/21, I saw my doctor and got the note. I took it to the gym and turned it in with my membership papers. Shortly thereafter I started to receive invoices from ******** ******** ****** stating that I owe $731.00 because I didn't cancel the membership correctly. I contacted the owner of the gym - Rodney J***** and he said he was going to help me, but the invoices never stopped. I called him again months later and he then told me he didn't owe me anything. I was emailed another invoice on 11/30/22 for $731.00, which I attached.
It is not my fault if the staff gave me incorrect info. I did what was asked of me and I'm still getting harassed with invoices. All I ask is to cancel this account.
